Quick and easy appetizer for avocado lovers.
Washed avocados cut lengthwise, take out the seeds and scrape out most of the pulp which then cut into small pieces. Then take squeezed juice from lemon and drip the avocado halves and cut pieces with it.
Take the tuna out of the can and its juice, cut into pieces also, mix together with avocado and mayo. Then add either soya sauce or tabasco to taste as well as salt and pepper. Stir together well.
Take this mixture, fill the avocado halves with it and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately, chilled the best.
