Take a bread form, spread it with oil and cover with cling film. Grate the blue cheese finely, chop the pistachios and parsley finely also.

Whip a mixture from softened butter, blue cheese and Cottage cheese. Salt, pepper, mix in chopped parsley. Bottom and sides of the form cover with cheese slices. On the bottom place 1/3 of ham layer and cover with half of blue cheese mixture. Into that push in half of the wine grapes equally.

In that manner, place in another layer, finishing with layer of ham and cheese. Thus we place it in a fridge over night. When taken out, dump it out, cut into desired slice sizes, garnish with ground red paprika and nuts. Serve with baguette.
