In a bowl mix together eggs with breadcrumbs. Cut ham and cheese finely and stir them into the egg-breadcrumbs mixture. Salt to your taste.

Into a sauce pan with heated oil place a slice of bread and spred it with the mixture on the top side. When fried from the bottom, turn the bread over and fry the other side.

When removed from the pan, place on a paper towel to get rid of the excessed oil. Serve immediately. You can add ketchup or veggies to your taste.
