This recipe is for  2 portions of bulgarian origin.

Cut into pieces a peeled cucumber and washed tomatoes. Take baked peppersand chop them finely as well as peeled onion, parsley tops and fresh pepper.

Mix everything well together and place on a plate. Crumble in a feta cheese, sprinkle with bulgarian spice and drizzle with an olive oil. Garnish with leaves of parsley.
