Get rid of leaves and stalk from cauliflowerand clean.
Place in boiling water and cook until half-soft. Let cool down then grate it rough.
Make a hole in the middle of it and pour flour, semolina, egg, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Knead, create batter and shape patties with your hands wet.
Place it onto heated oil and fry it until golden brown.
Serve either by itself or with veggie salad.
