Start with making a dough placing lard Hera with honey and powder sugar in a small pan where we mix them all together.
Pour all this into a bowl together with eggs, gingerbread spice and flour which we sprinkle in gradually. Last we add alka saltzer. We knead it into a thicker dough and put it aside for about half an hour.
Preheat an oven to 200°C.
On floured base we roll out the dough into about 0,4mm thick slice. Take little dough formers and cut out shapes for our gingerbread. Take them carefully using a knife and place them on a buttered baking sheet. Place them in the oven and bake for about 3-5mins, until they get pink.
When taken out spread with beaten egg.
Prepare the topping by mixing sugar, lemon juice and egg whites and whip until the mass is smooth. Take a bag cut off the corner, fill it with cream and decorate gingerbreads with it.
Thus, let them rest til next day.
