To make a pickle peel garlic and place into a pot with water, salt and add peppercorns. Bring to boil and then add the well cleaned pork brisket. Thus cook for about an hour. Then take the brisket out and let cool for about 5mins.
Meanwhile prepare a mixture for wrapping. Into a cup put salt, ground pepper, paprika, crushed garlic and pour in 2-3 teaspoons of brisket broth. Knead a mass in which we wrap the brisket.
Thus we wrap in aluminium foil and place to the freezer. After 3hrs. relocate to the fridge.
When serving, then cold and cut into slices about 0,5mm thick. With added pickled veggies and bread.
