Classic french appetizer.
In a bowl prepare a dough from butter, flour and salt. To that add provensal herbs, water and knead until smooth. Thus place to the fridge for an hour to rest.
On the pan with melted butter fry sliced leek for about 15mins. Then add curry, stir and then take of the stove.
Roll out rested dough into a circle about 30cm wide(depence on a form we are using) and place into a buttered and floured form. Then we prinkle the leek with curry over the dough and pour over with a cream mixture. At last sprinkle over with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C for about 40mins. until golden brown.
When taken out we serve the quiche immediately. We can also serve cold.
