First, prepare the ferment from part of flour, yeast, milk and sugar. When is rised, mix it together with the rest of flour and milk, add egg, veggie fat and salt. Knead a stiffer dough out of it which you divide into 4 pieces. These then roll into circled slices about 0,5cm thick. Each of these slices then cut into 8 even triangles.
Each of these triangles then roll from the wider side into a classic czech “rohlik” and place on a buttered baking tray. Spread with whipped egg and place to the oven. Bake at 175°C until light brown colour.
When taken out, spread with butter.
