Hard-boil eggs, peel and shuck out the yolk and chop the whites. Wash the celery, chop finely and toss in a a saucepan with melted butter and let simmer for a bit. Dice the ham finely.
Mix together yolks, mustard and softened butter into a smooth mass. Mix in a ham with chopped egg whites, cooled celery and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste and place in a fridge.
Serve on a fresh bread garnish with fresh veggies to taste.
