Prepare all the ingredients for the dough and then mix them together. Knead the dough, which is then set aside for about 15 minutes to rest.
Split into 4 even portions and roll out longer baguettes out of it. These place on a tray with baking paper. Cut the top very lightly and place aside for about 45mins to heave. Meanwhile turn the oven to 180°C and place a dish with a water on the bottom.
Heaved baguettes place into the oven for about 20mins until golden brown.
When taken out, spread them with lukewarm water and let cool.
