Will start by making a dough from all ingredients mentioned down below. Place ready dough into fridge for atleast an hour, over night the best.
On a heated pan with oil place onion cut into wheels. Add bacon cut into small cubes and pour in the wine. Thus fry until the wine evaporates. Then take of the stove and let cool down. Pick the onion and bacon of the oil,salt, pepper and add provencal herbs.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it into about 0.5cm thick slice. Use a cake form, spread with olive oil and place the dough in it so it covers the sides also. Pierce the bottom using a fork.
Into the mixture of onion and bacon, grate coarsely a cheese, add yolks and cream. Mix together and pour into the form.
Place into pre-heated oven to 180°C and bake for about 35mins.
When taken out, let the quiche cool for little bit and then serve.
