Spread lightly all toast slices with butter. Sprinkle half of them with chopped parsley and cover each of them with 2slices of cheese. Cover with the rest of toast bread slices. In each of them center cut a round hole.
Prepared toasts then soak in a prepared mixture of whipped eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Thus fry them on a pan with oil on one side. Turn them over and fill each of the holes with one egg. Fry until the eggs are done. if required, you can turn them over again but be careful so they don’t leak out.
Serve toast with fresh vegetables.
If you can not do without any meat, add slice of ham onto each of the toasts to make it more barbaric..:-)
