Dip made the cold way:

Mix together crushed garlic with salt and pepper. Put in a bowl and pour over with lemon juice, stir and add olive oil with water. Finish with adding mayou, chopped parsley and chives for colour and herby taste. Season to your taste.

Dip made the warm way:

Again, mix together crushed garlic with salt and pepper, chop the onion finely and let fry on heated oil. When sauteed sprinkle with flour, fry for a bit and then pour in a broth. Thus cook for about 20mins. Then stir in the garlic, lučina, chopped parsley and chives. Season to your taste. Place to the fridge to chill.

We serve both dips well chilled to be used with grilled or cooked veggies potatoes and meats.
