Recipe for well known garlic soup with cheese.
Peel the onions, garlic and finely chop. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Put oil in a pot and fry the onions, add garlic and fry shortly and pour hot water. Then add the potatoes, broth cube, season with cumin, salt and pepper. Cook potatoes until soft.
Add at the end marjoram. For a stronger garlic flavor add 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
Pour hot garlic soup into bowls, sprinkle with diced baked bread and grated cheese.
