This soup will fill you up as a main course.
Cut peeled onions into half wheels and toss it in the pot to fry on melted butter. After a bit add minced meat and fry for about 10mins while stirring occasionally. Powder with ground red pepper, stir, pour little hot water, salt, pepper and spice it (marjoram, garlic paste) to your taste.
After 5minutes of cooking add diced potatoes and masox. Fill the pot with boiling water so everything is well dipped. Thus let cook for couple more minutes and then stir in a roux made out of melted butter and flour. Let cook for another 20mins or so. If needed we can season to our taste and then serve, with fresh bread the best.
