Into larger bowl add smooth and semi-wholemeal flour, mix it with sugar, cocoa powder and gingerbread powder.

After mixed, add the eggs, milk, oil and marmalade.

After thoroughly mixing, prepare the sheet, butter it, powder it with flour and  pour the dough on it. Place the gingerbread into an oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.

When done you can rub some icing on top of it – eg. chocolate glaze and nuts.
