Simple recipe for potato dumplings.
Wash potatoes and cooked them in their skin. Let them to cool down, peel and grate rough.
Make hole and pour flour, semolina, vinegar, egg and salt into it. Knead the dough by hand thoroughly until everything is brought together. Make 4 cones out of it and place them into boiling salted water. Cook at low heat for about 20mins. Occasionally check if they didnt join or they are not laying at the bottom. They should float in the water.
Cut them in slices and serve immediately.
