Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, clean the leeks and cut into circles. Peel and crush garlic.
In a pot let butter to melt then add leek and garlic and fry them on it. After couple minutes add potatoes and fry all together for another 5mins.
Then pour in a broth made out of veggie bouillon. Add marjoram, caraway seeds, pepper and salt. When are the potatoes soft blendit all using a rod blender the best. At the end pepper and salt to taste.
Thus ready soup serve immediately. Best with fresh bread
