Cut the bacon finely and let fry until dissolved. Add finely chopped onion, caraway seeds and fry. To that add diced liver which we roast lightly and pour in part of the broth, pepper it. Then simmer covered until tender.

When the livers are tender, pour in the rest of a broth, then take out the liver. Blend half of it and add into strained gravy.  Now add either Podravka seasoning or salt. Bring it to boil, stir in flour mixed with water to thicken. Stir on low heat for about 10mins.

At last toss in the rest of liver to warm it up and serve with rice, the best.
