Excellent and simple appetizer.
Roll out flat a phyllo pastry. Take tomato puree and spread from one end to another, about 1cm from the edge. Place ham or salami on top of it and cover it with either grated or sliced cheese.
Roll it into a fillet and place it onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Place into a preheated oven to 180 °C.
Bake it until golden brown which is about 20mins.
Let it cool down for a minute and cut it into slices. Serve either hot or cold.
