Rinse the chicken legs under cold running water and dry with paper towels.
To prepare the marinade, mix together vegetable oil with soy sauce, add chopped garlic, salt, sugar, pepper and mix it all well.
Put the chicken into the bowl, pour over with the marinade, using hands cover all parts of the chicken with it. Place it to the fridge for about 30 minutes. When taken out, place into baking dish and then into preheated oven at 200°C. Roast until the skin gets golden brown.
Use frozen fries, toss them either on a baking tray or in a fryer and do them as the recipe says on the cover.
Do it so you are done with the meat and fries at the same time.
