Pour the milk into a pot and warm up for little bit. Then take a bit into a cup add yeast, little sugar  and create a ferment.

Add an egg, butter, sugar and nip of salt into a pan with milk. Whisp all with whisk. Then´continually keep adding flour, then the ferment and whisp with whisk again. We do that until the dough is smooth. Then we cover the dough with a clothand let it rise in a warm place until it grows twice of its size.

Grease the pan wit a piece of fat and then bake the pancakes one at a time.

Once done pancakes spread with jam. We can decorate with whipped cream and fruit pieces.
