Strawberry filling:
Start by thawing strawberries, carefully pour off the excess liquid. Mix the strawberries together with sugar, orange zest. Then add fresh strawberries cut in small pieces. Keep the strawberries at room temperature.

Whisk all the ingredients together. Heat a frying pan and pour in the dough using a ladle. Do not pour too much so it doesn’t stay raw inside. When your pancakes are ready, fill each of them with 2 tablespoons of strawberry filling and wrap them up.
Serve the Pancakes decorated with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
