First we prepare the pickle out of boiled water and vinegar. While cooking we add salt, sugar, bay leaves, chilli and oil. Let cook for about 3 minutes and then take of the stove and place aside to cool down.

Take peeled sausages cut them to quarters lengthwise. Peel the onion ancut into circles. Take 5litre jar and place a 1cm layer on the bottom. Then cover with layer of sausages and so on until the jar is full.

Continually pour in the pickle so we have no air bubbles until the jar is full.

Close well using lid (you can use plastic and rubber band to close it more efficiently). Store for at least a week.
