Begin by making a ferment from little bit of milk, yeast and sugar. On a side we mix milk and egg yolks.
To a bowl with flour we add rised ferment, mixed milk with yolks, melted butter and salt. Knead a dough and place somewhere warm to rise.
Prepare a baking tray covered with baking paper. From rised dough we start making buns which we after placing them on a tray, push down. This should give us about 6 buns. Thus we place aside for little bit to rise again.
Melt the lard and spread the buns with it, then place them in the oven at 180°C for about 40 mins.
Serve as a side dish to meats and veggies.
