We will need mozzarella cheese pickled in basil. If you do not find it, take the mozzarella in a bag, cut it, pour out the pickle, cut the cheese into pieces,place back in a bag, add finely chopped fresh basil and close the bag good. Mix it well and place over night in a fridge.

Cut sundried tomatoes into pieces. Take prosciutto slices and place a piece of tomato and piece of mozzarella onto each of them. Pierce each of the rolls with a toothpick to hold it together.

Serve as an appetizer or snack together with fresh bread roll, dripped lightly over with an extra virgin olive oil to taste.
