Shuck a shrimp out of its case, cut peppers in slices, crush herbs and garlic. We fry it all on oil, shrimps from both sides. When shrimp done, take it out and let it sit on side. They must stay warm though.

Dump out tomatoes from the can into  a strainer and let it drain. Then crush them, toss it on the frying pan with rest of the fried stuff and let it simmer for about 10mins. Salt it and pepper it to the taste at the end.

Place shrimps on a plate and pour the tomato sauce over them.  Serve with a fresh bread
