Wash the lemon and from half of it grate of the lemon peel. Take out a butter, Hera lard and let them soften little bit.
In a deeper bowl mix all ingredients and knea well a dough out of. From this then shape two rollers which we place in a fridge to rest at least for an hour, overnight the best.
When taken out, cut out little pieces which we push into small cookie forms. Place into a pre-heated oven to 170°C and bake for about 12-15mins. You’ll find out if they’re ready that you push on them and they shouldn’t succommb.
Knock the cookies out of forms and place them somewhere cold so they get crisp and tender. When served, sprinkle with powdered sugar to garnish.
