Thaw the spinach which doesn’t have to be all the way and place it into 3/4l water. Salt it nad bring it to boil. Thus cook for about 15mins.
Prepare a roux and fry onions while the soup base is cooking. Then use these and thicken the soup with them. After that we blend in 1 egg with 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Thus we will cook it shortly and then serve immediately.
Excellent with fresh bread.
