Cook rice then let it cool down.

Peel carrots, clean the cabagge and grate them both.

Mix the grated veggies with rice and minced meat. Flavour it with soya sauce, salt and pepper. Get the rice pepper ready, wet it and place the mixture on it. Roll it into small rolls.

Heat the oil in a pan and place the rolls on it.  Fry it until gold brown.

It’s entirely up to you what amounts of rice and meat mixture you use and what kinds of veggies.

Dry the rolls and serve immediately.
