Clean the sprout, take off the hard parts and cut it nto noodles. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Clean and peel carrots, celery, potatoes and dice them.
In a pot with melted butter add onion, garlic, carrots, celery and fry them. To that add potatoes, salt, pepper and let cook for about 5mins.
Meanwhile prepare the veggie broth which we pour in to the mixture. Add half of the sprouts, caraway seeds and let cook until potatoes get soft.. Then take a blender and blend the everything in a pot. Add the rest of sprouts, salt and let cook for couple more minutes.
Thus we can serve the soup immediately.
