Take either slices of toast bread or baguette and sprinkle with white wine.
Scald tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut.
In a saucepan heat a little bit of oil and fry them lightly. Place them aside and put in finely cut bacon and onion. Fry them. Add tomatoes and simmer lightly. Then stir in eggs, salt and pepper.
Let cool and add grated cheese with chopped parsley tops. Apply on toasts add a slice of bacon on top of each of them and place on buttered tray. Thus place in heated oven to get toasted.
To garnish cut cherry potatoes in half and place them on top.
