Excellent italian appetizer.

Wash zucchini flowers inside out bur carefully then dry. Then fill the florets with cut mozzarella so they don’t brake.

For the wrapping dough mix together flour with milk, salt and egg so we can wrap the florets in it.

Then on heated saucepan with oil fry the florets on both sides until golden brown. When taken out, place them on a paper towel and let drip for a bit.

Thus they are ready to be served, still warm.
